Missing a file

I am new to stardock and objectdesktop. I have been going through all the different applications and found a problem with Right Click Editor. When I start the program I get a error message missing Net Framework v2.0.40607 file. I uninstalled it and installed again. This did not fix the problem. Can someone give me direction on what to do next? Regards Tobizee.

Do you have netframework 2.0 installed?

if not, go to windows update

from the right click history file via SDC:

Please note that the skin editor requires a
recent version of the .NET Framework 2.0 runtimes
to be installed.
